Everything runs
on your name.
Your profile, your domains, your voice. Nothing is hidden behind our tooling, and you keep every list and every message the day you decide to stop.
LinkedIn outreach
We work from your profile at a pace a person could actually keep up with. Thirty to forty messages a day, each written after reading the profile it is going to. Nothing is automated, so nothing puts your account at risk.
Built by hand
We build the list ourselves and check every name before writing to them. Small and correct beats large and wrong.
Written by a person
A writer reads the profile, then writes. We use AI to research and organise, never to send.
No hooks or gimmicks
No curiosity questions, no fake compliments, no voice notes. A plain introduction that says who you are.
We handle replies
We answer, work out whether it is a fit, and put the call in your calendar. You just turn up.
Email outreach
Most outreach email dies in the spam folder rather than the inbox. We set the sending up properly first, then keep the writing simple enough that people actually get to the end of it.
Clean setup
Separate sending domains, authenticated and warmed for three weeks before we email a single person. Your main domain is never touched.
Checked lists
Every address verified twice. Bounces stay under two percent, which is most of what keeps you out of spam.
Plain text only
No images, no tracking pixels, no HTML templates. It reads like a normal email because it is one.
One change a week
We change a single thing each week and tell you whether it worked. No dashboard you will never open.
Personal branding for founders
You already know what to say. You just do not have time to write it down every week. One call a month gives us everything we need for a month of posts in the words you actually use.
One call a month
Forty five minutes, recorded. We ask about the week, the deals and the arguments. That is the raw material.
12 to 20 posts
Written from what you actually said, in the way you actually said it. Drafted, scheduled and approved by you.
Profile rewrite
Headline, about section and banner rebuilt around what you sell and who buys it.
Comments
Considered replies on the posts your buyers already read. Slow, but it is the highest trust thing you can do on LinkedIn.
The full setup
Outreach starts the conversation, the profile makes people trust it, and each one makes the other work better. Most founders end up here within a few months anyway.
Things people ask us.
The first two weeks are setup, so lists, domains, warm up and writing. Messages start going out in week three, and the first conversations usually happen inside a month. Anyone promising meetings in week one is skipping the warm up, and your domain pays for that later.
Never for outreach email. We buy separate domains that point back to your site, so your main one is never at risk. LinkedIn runs from your real profile, because that is the whole point of it.
We use it to research and organise. Every message that reaches a person was written or rewritten by one. If you have ever deleted something the second you clocked that a machine wrote it, you already understand why we work this way.
Because more than that stops being outreach and starts being pressure. If someone has not answered four simple messages spread across a month, they are not interested right now, and pestering them costs you the chance of them coming back in six months.
A ninety minute kickoff, then roughly an hour a month. Forty five minutes of that is the founder call and the rest is approving posts. We ask you to read the first batch of messages before we send them, and after that you can be as involved as you want to be.
Small deal sizes, anything selling to consumers, and anyone who is not yet sure who they are selling to. The maths does not work on the first two, and the third is worth sorting out before you spend money on outreach. We would rather say that on the call than take the retainer.
Paper Sq is new as a service. The work is not. We have been writing and sending outreach since 2016, mostly for our own businesses, and started offering it to founders this year. That is the honest answer, and you can judge the writing for yourself before you commit to anything.
See the writing before you decide.
Book thirty minutes and we will bring three real messages written for the people you want to reach. Yours to keep either way.
